Kjohn Posted June 23 Posted June 23 That was coming from Pagosa Springs, Colorado to Wichita, Kansas. Drove over Wolf Creek Pass and there is one more but can't think of it. Running mostly 70 mph. Want to know how players? I put 18" wheels with 235/50R18 tires. The max psi on the tires is 51 so I ran them at 40 psi and there ya go players. Rides like a dream because I think I slept the whole way!!! Haha
RX400h06 Posted June 23 Posted June 23 That's great, but I advise that you keep an eye on the tires' tread wear. You may be sacrificing the life of the tires for fuel mileage.
McBrian Posted June 23 Posted June 23 And over-pressure in warming weather... A tire rupture is a dramatic thing to be near. When it happens to YOU at highway speeds it's seat-staining...
