Larry Kincer Posted June 11 Posted June 11 My transceiver is not working properly. I can make phone calls, but people cannot hear what I’m saying. Nalley Lexus Galleria tells me it’s backordered. Well it’s been backordered for over a month. I spoke to the service representative who gave me the corporate number to call and see about this part. Corporate said that the part is indeed backorder, but they have no idea when it’s going to be available. This is unacceptable for Lexus. . Is anyone else having this problem? I’m located in Marietta Georgia.
