Tire Replacement Recommendations

I own a 2020 NX300 with 19K miles and need new tires.  I moved from AZ to MI and looking for tire recommendations to handle light snow and a more quiet and smoother ride than current Yokohama Geolandar G9 1ST that were on it when I purchased in 2023. I dry very minimally and drove a 2006 GS 300 for years and miss the smooth drive.  I'm considering Pirelli Scorpion Weatheractive but wondering if their high performance will cost me in fuel and smooth ride.
