THarrison Posted June 6 Posted June 6 We just purchased a 2024 used TX 350 in what shows to be in perfect condition, but the ride is not what we expect as there is an evident front suspension grinding sensation under our feet at lower speeds and turning left and when brakes ar are applied. Took it into local Dallas Dealership and they were not able to identify issue (did not take much time with it). I hear it could be bushings or wheel bearings or that the AWD just drives differently but we were given 2 loaners over 2 tries to fix this issue and they drive very nicely and smoothly. Anyone else have this issue?
RX400h06 Posted June 8 Posted June 8 You may want to take it to a different dealership. Not all technicians are of the same skill caliber. Did the first one send the technician to ride with you?
