Need help identifying a part

Hello all. I was taking my throttle body assembly off today and I accidentally broke the plastic bit (see attached below, it’s the blue one) that’s on the end of the intake side valve cover(I think.) It connects to the throttle body with a rubber hose and I believe it’s a breather. Can someone help me pinpoint the name on this part so I can order a new one? 
P.S. (I can’t seem to get it off the valve cover, do I have to take the cover off to do so? It just keeps spinning no matter how much I rotate it and pulling on it with pliers doesn’t work either. Any help is appreciated and hope everyone has a blessed day!)

Have a look on Amayama, drill down on your model and under the section "Ventilation Hose" you should see what looks like your part.
