KamalSyed Posted May 1 Posted May 1 (edited) I just got this Lexus Ls400 1996 and I recently noticed after using degreaser it has shown some oil leaks and with a look underneath it was most Shown in these areas quite worried and don’t want to get ripped off by mechanics would appreciate the help if the video doesn’t load it most commonly leaking near the oil pain area and sort of near towards the timing belt IMG_5900.mov IMG_5900.mov IMG_5900.mov IMG_5899.mov IMG_5898.mov Edited May 1 by KamalSyed Wanting to clarify something
rich1068 Posted May 1 Posted May 1 Hard to tell from the videos but towards the front of the engine? Sure it's not PAS fluid? The pumps do go and often take out the alternator too. Otherwise, coming from further up? Could it be the valve cover gaskets. These can leak too.
