Albeelexus Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Has anyone noticed a soothing wind-like (white noise) coming from the back of their RX450H+ I can hear this while the car is on (battery mode) ,windows closed and stationary. I cant seem to locate the origin of the sound ,it appears to be coming from the two rear speakers... perhaps a road noise cancelation feature ? Anxious to hear similar observations and thoughts 🙂

That's why we never leave anything on the floor in front of that rear seat. 1

There is a filter on each side that is supposed to be checked/cleaned/replaced periodically. 1
GStone1 Posted April 30 Posted April 30 If you are referring to a 23 or newer RX 500 H I believe the noise you are hearing is the ventilation fan inside the seat. Make sure that your cooling seat is turned off and then see if you can hear it chances are you will not this is the fan inside the seat it does sound as if it’s coming from the rear, but it’s coming from the top of the back of the seat directly behind your ears GREG
