For some reason my Lexus GS400 the whole electric be dimming for some odd reasons if anyone knows what causes this problem please share with me?!??!!

Either your battery is weak or you have grounds that need to be removed, cleaned and put back on. Check the resting battery voltage, should be 12.4 V or higher. Clean the posts, connectors and cables. Put it on a charger, top it off, remove charger, test after 1 hour and 12 hours to see if it holds the charge. Other option is to use a waffle battery tester on it. Can buy them for $20. The new digital meters the auto parts stores use are useless, often show battery is good when it isn't.

 

If the battery is good, locate and clean all ground straps.
