GX470 shutdown at idle, and while motoring intermittently.

Hello All,

2003 GX470 260,000 miles shuts down intermittently. On restart attempt, no start activity, Then after a random amount of time, it will restart and drive like new. It has a brand new battery, and alternator voltage is 14.3 while running. I'm thinking it may be the anti-theft computer. This may be causing the random shutdowns, and no start conditions. Or it's the crankshaft/camshaft position sensors. Any thoughts greatly appreciated, thx.
