ZacPig Posted February 14 Posted February 14 I’ve had this vehicle for 4 years. This is the first major issues I’ve ran into. I walked to my car after driving it in the morning two days ago and it wouldn’t start. The only work done on the car recently was a replaced battery in August of 2024. I had the battery tested and it’s health was at 79% after on 6 months.. I ran codes and got the following: P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction. P0340, P0345, P0365, P0390 - Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunctions. I thought it would be nearly impossible for all 5 sensors to fail simultaneously. my first idea is to replace crankshaft sensor as if that doesn’t function the camshaft sensors will all fail. It’s either that or the starter. When I start the car I don’t hear any clicks though. Has anyone else ran into this issue? any advice truly appreciated.
dcfish Posted February 16 Posted February 16 79% battery is no good on these cars, Replace the battery and I'll bet the codes go away...
