Navigation system question

We have a 2023 NX 350 with Nav system connected to my mobile phone, not factory navigation.  My issue is:  How do you delete very old previous destination pop-ups that show constantly on the screen.  Ours shows home", then another destination we went to two years ago, will never go to again, and don't even remember where or what the destination is.  How the heck do we delete this the pop-up?  Can't find it on Google maps or in Nav Settings.  Stumped.  Please see attached graphic, it's the "Enfield" address.  Thanks.
