EXTENDED WARRENTY ?

So last Saturday I bought a 24 ES350 Ultra luxury

This was a done deal over the internet, but I still needed to sign the papers.  That's when what I was expecting to hear, EXTENDED WARRENTY.  I said I just bought what you and everyone says is one of the most reliable cars built, and now you're telling me I should get the warranty. It wasn't even a factory backed one it was an All-State Ins. backed.  I said no, what's others saying about these extended warranties?
