My car started with a misfire p0303 and p0171 so I replaced all of the spark plugs and switched my coil packs around and I’m still having the same issue. My car goes into limp mode and Im unable to drive it. It also idles very rough after changing out the spark plugs I now have a misfire in cylinder one and cylinder three. And multiple misfires code

Since you've already replaced the spark plugs and switched the coil packs, there are a few other potential issues that could be causing the misfires and limp mode:

  1. Ignition Wires: Check the condition of the ignition wires. Damaged or worn-out wires can cause misfires.

  2. Fuel Injectors: Clogged or faulty fuel injectors can lead to misfires and rough idling.

  3. Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor: A dirty or malfunctioning MAF sensor can cause air-fuel mixture issues, leading to misfires and rough idling.

  4. Throttle Position Sensor (TPS): A faulty TPS can cause erratic engine behavior and trigger limp mode.

  5. Vacuum Leaks: Check for any vacuum leaks in the intake manifold or hoses, as they can cause misfires and rough idling.

  6. Exhaust Valve Sealing: Worn valve guides or improper sealing of exhaust valves can cause misfires and trigger limp mode
