Lexus Modifications - 2018 GX

Just picked up a 2018 GX.

I would like to consider a small lift to increase ground clearance and add true all-terrain tires.

I am new to the modification game of stock vehicles.  It looks like Lexus offers a Bilstein lift kit that allows for a moderate lift and level and can be installed by the Lexus dealership.

Would appreciate any thoughts on where to start.  Do not anticipate any overlanding or bouldering, but I would like to enhance capability for mud, snow, and off-road driving.  

Also need to keep the vehicle looking relatively close to stock.
