2004 lexus gx470 w 191000 miles with smod

Recently bought a gx470 2004 with 191000 miles was a one owner and all maintenance has been keep up with and done by Lexus or toyota dealerships , the timing belt was replaced at 107000 the rear airbags were replaced at 160000,, oil has always been changed on time it’s whole life southern car frame is perfect no rust,was keep in garage no peeling paint,the car runs and drives good except the transmission will shift  hard not all the time noticed before I bought it it had transmission oil in coolant in the overflow tank smod or strawberr Milkshake,I I got the car for 4300 and I have already ordered parts to replace the radiator with a welded aluminum one,replace timing belt,hoses water pump ,and have the coolant system flushed along with the transmission ,will the transmission survive or did I make a mistake
