Replace cruise control lever on my 2016 GX460

The lever on my cruise control broke.  I can turn it off and on with the button, but can't set the cruise, or increase or decrease the speed.  Should I replace the entire assembly, or can I just replace the lever?  

It appears to be a fairly easy replacement for the entire switch based on a YouTube video.  Is it?
