New Member - Questions

I am a new member to the club, having just purchased a 2022 ES350 Fsport handling with very low mileage.  Enjoying the car very much and am still learning the quirks, which leads me to a few questions:

1. How can I set the radio so that it keeps my display settings the same every time I turn my car on?  For example, while on satellite radio, I like to keep the presets displayed as well as the map on the far right side.  When I turn the car off and re-start, the presets are gone and/or the map closes up.
2. What is that button on the console behind the track pad that looks like this: ((o))?
3. On my backup camera, how can I get the yellow lines that move in conjunction with the steering wheel back on my rear camera display?
