No air blowing from rear AC vent - 2020 RX450h

Hi folks, have a 2020 RX450h and no air (cold or warm) comes out of the the rear ac vents are not. the vents are open and I was checking the furms on post and they talk about some button on the console to change the airflow but I dont have that on my dashboard. 

Any ideas what the fix is other than take it into the dealer?
