2002 LX470 screen

Hello- 

I've driven an LX470 2001 for years and love it, just upgraded to same rig, just a 2002 with fewer miles. I picked car up yesterday from the transport driver and front screen says: 'NO DISC DETECTED."  It doesn't allow me to hit "I Agree" and move forward to any options.

Has anyone else had this issue? I'm waiting to hear back from seller who's on East coast for his experience on this.

I've watched some complex YouTube video about pulling out the Nav box from under the passenger seat. Is there anyone who can give this gal advice. I live in a rural area and I'm not taking it to the local Toyota dealership if I can fix this myself.
