RX400h Posted May 2 Posted May 2 Quote There could be several reasons why the hatch on your 2007 Lexus RX 350 isn’t working. Here are some suggestions: Check the Power Liftgate: There are videos that show how to fix the automatic power liftgate on a Lexus RX. You might find these helpful. Replace the Gas Struts: If the hatch isn’t staying up, the gas struts might need to be replaced. Check the Electric Lock: Open the hatch manually with the key and check if the electric lock is getting power and if all parts are moving as they should. Reset the System: Disconnect the battery and touch the two battery cables together for 30 seconds. This will completely discharge and reset all the modules in the vehicle. (You may want to leave this as a last choice. I have never tried it, myself) Check the Reset Button: There is a reset button for the hatch motor located in the glovebox. 1
Paige Deaver Posted May 2 Author Posted May 2 I’m going to try all suggestions and will reply. I appreciate your efforts. Frustrated in The Ville! 1
