MUCH LOWER THAN STATED RANGE

I currently have only 2500 miles on my RZ with 18 inch wheels. The stated range for the 18 inch wheel version is 220 miles. I am experiencing ever decreasing range and most recently my vehicle only showed 165 miles at 100% charged. However, I don't even appear to be getting that. I drive the vehicle very conservatively and mostly not on the highway and I have the heating/AC set to ECO mode. I am love the vehicle, but am very unhappy with the range I'm getting. To date, Lexus has provided no solution. Is anyone else having a similar experience?
