Wiring harness for 2008 ES 350 aftermarket stero

I can't seem to find the right wiring harness to make replacing the head unit with a new BOSS double din in my 2008 ES350 easier. 

I bought the Metra 70-8114 for steering wheel controls (I'm using with the ASWC-1) and it says on the description that the main power harness is still required (sold separately) but I can't figure out which one is the right one to use. 

Is there one I can use from Metra? Or do I have to cut the factory connector?
