little tabs to hold the engine cover on

I removed the engine covers today to view the air cleaner. The little tabs got all buggered up and won't go back on. What are these called and where can I buy some? I am sure the dealer wants a bunch for them.

You may have a hard time finding them from anywhere else. Hopefully they won't be too expensive and hey, they lasted 16 years! 🙂

I found them on ebay ( $8.50) each! ' think the dealer can meet that?

Well, Amazon has them for less than $1, I must determine which size.
