ArmyofOne Posted October 24, 2004 Share Posted October 24, 2004 i was wondering if y'all could tell me what the role of the Roman Catholic Church was in the Creation of music of the middle ages. as i understand it, they were the ones that developed it beginning with pope gregory the great, hence the nameGregorian chant...what do you guys know about it...i have serious writers block...HELP!
