FifthCity Posted September 13, 2004 Share Posted September 13, 2004 Hi, I just bought a 1992 SC400 and the stereo is not working. The radio looked like it wanted to play but there was no sound. I took it to a car shop and was told that it is all or nothing with the Nakamichi stereo and that the amp was blown, probably because the previous owners changed the speakers. It was suggested that I find a used amp for Lex or will end up paying $800-$1000 for a stereo and will need a custom dash unit made. Is this fact?
