Calipers

does anyone know where i can get some new calipers,or anyone have any information on the brake recall that is out for the 92 SC4's. a local toyota dealership had a print out that said there was a recall with the ABS and some needed to be repaired and replaced,for free, and a mechanic there said it sounded like this applied to me,

called a local lexus dealership and he said he had no idea what i was talking about ,called again and he said it was a service bulletin,not a recall

anyway i need a place to get calipers,oem or an upgrade,either one,but i am on a budget

I just finished the LS400 upgrade on my 93' sc 300 and would be willing to sell my stock calipers if your interested.

axis: Have you got the stock caliper brackets with the sliders in them? My sliders are shot but I don't want to buy new brackets from the dealer. If you'd be willing to seperate them from the calipers (or a good deal on the whole set) maybe we could work something out.

I have a set of brakes available

with new pads too

i think the 300 and the 400 have different size brakes as the 400 needs 16 inch wheels to clear brakes and the 300 has 15s. try check on that unless you want to go to smaller brakes.
