Spark Plug Removal, spark plug removal/RX300

How do I remove the back 3 spark plugs under the intake manifold on my '01 rx300?

Do I really need to take all the intake stuff off?

I bought it with 54000 miles on it and it now has 74000.

The service dept. @ the Lexus dealer will not tell me what they did on the vehicle to certify it.

I think they want me to come in for the 60000 service, but if they did a certify then why would I bring it in for the 60k?

They will not even tell me if they replaced the plugs or not.

I've tried evey way to get it out of them, asking to speak to different service people.
