xoffroad Posted August 18, 2004 Author Share Posted August 18, 2004 Ok figured out the speaker outputs for the car are coming out of the amp and are not confusing as say an MB... So are the little speakers on the dash THAT important? Or are they wired in line with the tweeters on the doors? Using the 12v pop method I was able to find all the speakers but didn't hear the tweaters pop for me... Which makes me think there wired to the dash units. Anyone? dmccombs Posted August 20, 2004 Share Posted August 20, 2004 I have read that the little speakers in the dash are just "filler" sound and not important at all. I don't have any iinfo on the wiring of the tweeters. I plan on replacing my door speakers with 6.5 components this weekend however so I am curious about any replies you get.
