jazz41476 Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 If you want to keep water out of your side veiw mirrors during washing ,clean each with a spray wax and tie a plastic grocery bag around them use the handles of the bag to tie it up = no extra water after drying B)
TOGWT Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 ~ One man’s opinion / observations ~ That is a great tip. Here’s a variation- use a Saran wrap elastic top plastic cover ~ Hope this helps ~ Knowledge unshared is experience wasted justadumbarchitect / so I question everything/ Jon
SW03ES Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 I blow them out with a leaf blower when I'm drying ;)
VBdenny Posted August 13, 2004 Posted August 13, 2004 and I thought I was the only one who used a leaf blower to dry my car! My next door neighbor saw me and now he uses it to dry his Harley.
SW03ES Posted August 13, 2004 Posted August 13, 2004 It can't be beat! It would work great on a Harley...
