I'm looking for a repair manual for my 2000 rx300.

About a year ago, I had a mechanic friend get me the two-volume set for my '99 RX300 through a local Lexus dealer. Got the set for $150. I actually don't recall if that includes wiring diagrams.

But an alternative may be to subscribe to your car's repair information at www.alldatadiy.com, for around $25 the first year. It’s a little harder to find some there, but a good part of the content comes directly from the Lexus manuals. You can print off key instructions and diagrams as needed. I use the manuals AND the web site.

$10, a rainy day and this website, http://www.techinfo.lexus.com/ and you can download whatever Lexus manual you want. They are all in PDFs and you will need to download the pages 1 or 2 at a time. It will take just about all day.

Fred- Try E-bay. I got DVD's for both my wife's '02 Camry and my DIL's 99RX there really cheap. It's going to be a lot easier to find the DVD's than the paper manuals. I wouldn't waste my money on a Haynes or Chilton (now owned by Haynes).

I got a Haynes repair manual at an auto parts store for about $15.00. It's pretty thorough and covers the RX300 and the Toyota Highlander since they are pretty much the same vehicle.
