2018 GS 350 FSport Apple CarPlay

Any recommendations to add wireless Apple CarPlay to the factory equipment (Levinson with NAVI) ? I have found two options but would like feedback on any experience.

Curious if you did this, and how it went. I was looking at Merge Screens. It's another online retailer with a Carplay/Auto module. 

I just picked up a 2014 GS350 today with less than 33k!
