Dealer installed newest version of navigation (2019). Nothing appears different and on trip few days ago navigation had me taking extra long route. How can I tell if Dealer actually installed newest version? Waiting on call back from Dealer management. Terry

in the 22 ES300h nav manual:

I press the Map button and it displays the Map Data icon which is 3rd one down on left.

It is a rectangle with grids and a circle in the middle.

Select [Map Data] to get the Map Data Screen. Page114 shows the screen containing the version of the map data.

The version should be greater/newer than what you had before.

But you could call in to support and they can tell you what the latest version is supposed to be.
