Hello, Felix.

What have you done so far?

Checked the transmission fluid level?
Checked for any codes using the OBD2 port?
Checked to see when the fluid should be changed?

Most cars will have a shift lag when going into gear if you press acceleration at the right time. But yours sound more severe. If its a second hand vehicle, the previous owner might of had a lead foot, which could've destroyed the transmission.

There's a couple things I would do.

1. Take it to Lexus to see what they say. 2015 is still fairly new for a car.

2. Take it to an auto shop to have them diagnose the problem.

3. If its a bad transmission, just replace it. This adds value to the vehicle.

4. Continue to drive it until it(the tranny) gives out. Then you will know the issue for sure.
