harippa Posted June 14, 2004 Share Posted June 14, 2004 hi, i guess to most of you its a piece of cake, or easier than that.. but i couldnt take the steering shroud off. i was gonna see if i could fix the tilt/telescopic steering issue. took 3 screws off, now the plastic thing is not coming off. and didn't wanna use force not knowing where to direct it. someone pls help? thanks s.r. harippa Posted June 15, 2004 Author Share Posted June 15, 2004 never mind, got that opened up. now new question is cant get the blue gear out, to put one washer behind it. do i have to take the other nut out too? i guess you wouldnt know unless you've worked on it. would try to post a pic tomorrow.. thanks anyways.
