Janal Posted September 24, 2022 Share Posted September 24, 2022 I just bought my RX350 and the joystick worked fine for a few days but now moving cursor only works. When you press down to make a selection it doesn’t work. I called Lexus service and they said they have never heard of the issue, I cannot find anything online. Has anyone else had this issue? If so is this a service issue or is there anything I can do myself. I can’t shut my AC off because of this among other things I cannot access. Janal Posted October 27, 2022 Author Share Posted October 27, 2022 So I had to leave it with the shop, they had to source a brand new radio and infotainment system as well as a new joystick. It took some time for them to source the radio and stick, but as of yesterday it seemed like it fixed the issue.
