proyal Posted September 16, 2022 Posted September 16, 2022 Help please. 3rd attempt to correct my tpms dash light. Is there something magical that needs to happen? Tried driving car a few miles with replacement sensors installed, checked air in spare, auto tech says new part #s were correctly added but error light won't go off. Suggestions please. Thanx PDR
RX400h Posted September 16, 2022 Posted September 16, 2022 Did you complete the reset procedure? Quote The reset switch is located on the lower driver side instrument panel. Follow the steering column down there is a reset button switch that has a picture of the tire pressure warning light next to the button. With ignition in the on position, push and hold the reset switch in until the tire pressure warning light either goes out or flashes three times. If the light goes out, let up on the switch then push it in and hold it again until the light flashes three times. If you did, you should have the code retrieved with a scan tool. Some auto parts store personnel will do this for you.
