Brought my 2015 Lexus ES350 pre owned to the dealer hoping they would repair or replace the rims (it's peeling off glossy paint ). The service manager said they don't repair or replace the rims if it is pre owned even it it is under warranty. I need to know the answer if this is true.

HI Nanet.....welcome to the Forum

I would think that superficial wear and tear would not be covered by mechanical warranty and as such, there are several companies around that will refurbish wheel rims at little cost.
