Sammy83 Posted June 16, 2017 Share Posted June 16, 2017 So I recently bought a LS400. The transmission completely broke down. Burnt fluid and internal parts completely burnt and broken. Paid $2000 for a complete new rebuild. For some reason my gears are not shifting properly. While driving I ease of the accelerator and the car jerks. Also from neutral shifting to drive the car jerks really hard. Also when in reverse the car doesn't quite move and I have to push the accelerator quite a bit to have the car finally start moving in reverse. Anyone help me to know what the problem is and bout how much it would run me? Did you first take it back to the shop that rebuilt it? Check the fluid and make sure it's not low.
