Ideas needed to change mufflers on LS460

Hello, I am new to the forum but I have a question...I have a 2008 LS460 that needs a new muffler on one side. Given the cost I am not going to the dealer but wanted to put a set of aftermarket mufflers with less back pressure on the car. Anyone know if that will be a problem? Borla, Magna flow and others make a unit that will fit.
