greatsky Posted June 25, 2016 Share Posted June 25, 2016 94 SC-300 will only start and run when the Fuel Pump ECU is bypassed. (3) different FP ECU's were tried, none worked. Seems to be either the FPC or the DI wire as the problem getting a signal from the Main ECU. Could not confirm continuity between the Fuel Pump ECU and the Main ECU for the FPC or DI wires. If the computer doesn't get a value within range, it won't turn on the other systems.That would explain why different ecus don't make any difference.
