2006 Lexus IS350 dashboard replacement

Finally got the call from my dealer that they have the new dashboard. Replacement took one day. The original dashboard was not cracked but very sticky and created quite a glare on the front windshield.

New dashboard is very nice, definitely no longer sticky (for now), and no more glare.

Nice new dash!! I have an 07 IS250 and my dash is on order from last week. Was told that it could take 4 to 6 months to get it in from Japan.

I also have a 2007 Lexus IS250 and have come into the same issue with the melting dash and interior panels. I have been waiting for more than 2 years to have these parts replaced. When I called today for an update, they could only tell me that once my turn comes up on the "waiting list" they will call me. No one can tell me where I am on the list or a time frame for when this will be resolved. Good luck friend, I'm working on getting a protest going in my local area with other Lexus owners that are having the same issue.

I have a LS360, 2007 model. I also have been getting the runaround for two years. For the melting dashboard and sticky side panels.  The service guy always says it will be two or three months every time I call. How many other owners have this problem?  I want to sell the car but who would buy it in this condition?

Order my dashboard 3/16/16, still waiting. I called the dealership today. All they could tell me is, they would call me when the get it. 

Bniemi, it's covered by Lexus for 06-08 Is250. It's a warranty enhancement. Call your nearest Lexus dealership & get on the waiting list.
