friens3 Posted May 13, 2016 Share Posted May 13, 2016 Hi, I have an 2001 Rx300 AWD and the transmission is very rough shifting from 1st gear to 2nd, but it has no problem reaching 60mph my Indy has replaced a new transmission , but the problem is still the same. He has checked the ECU , no problem, and no error codes. He also cleaned the speed sensor, knock sensor, neutral safety switch as suggested on the forum without success. does anyone know where else to check? Drcoffee Posted August 3, 2016 Share Posted August 3, 2016 Believe it or not, the MAF affects the tranny shifting. I had the same issue on my is300.
