power passenger seat failure

I have a problem with the passenger power seat.

Moves correctly front-back, lumbar support and reclining.

What it does not work is the up&down, either the front or the back of the seat.

Using the switch makes the motor sounds like underpowered and maybe I can get a small move, but not as it should be.

Any ideas?
