Navigation system not working - won't read SD card

just wondering if anyone has had this problem:

I have an NX200t 2015 Executive pkge manufactured in April 2015 and purchased in Ontario, Canada in July 2015.

No problems until 2 weeks ago when I got a Caution message on the display startup saying that the SD card couldn't be read.  It self corrected after a couple of days and then this week the map zoom feature zoomed out to over 100km to make the map unusable and the Map data Version was showing as blank......it has since gone back to not being able to read the SD card again.  I've reported it to the Dealer and submitted a Nav Discrepancy report form and am waiting to hear back.

I've read all the problems on various forums but haven't seen this one.

I have the same problem on my 2019 Lexus Rx 350 F. It is under warranty and Lexus wants to replace my Radio to correct this problem. I don't know why. I thought they just needed to change the SD card.
