New Member Needs Help With Suspension Upgrades

First off Im happy to have joined the LOC community. Been a lurker for a while and as I'm ready to start upgrading my vehichle, I hope I can get some help.

2002 Silver Lexus Gs300

156k

20in rims (about to go down to 18s)

Aftermarket stereo (alpine double din, Hertz hsk's in front doors, Focal pc 165 in rear doors, 2 JL10w3v3s in trunk)

The rims and radio are the only things that are not factory on the vehicle.

Here is my desire for the suspension from reading around (keep in mind this is my daily driver which consists primarily of a 40 miles round trip to and from work 5 days a week.

Strut braces

Sway bars

New springs and struts (not coil overs as Im not all that interested in lowering the vehicle. Just want to get rid of that boat feeling we get at times.

18 inch wheels

*and whatever else you guys can recommend I replace at 156k miles. I purchased the vehichle with 93k miles on it. I have about $4000 I can throw into the car at the moment. Although I have some other things in mind for the car as well. I don't mind dropping the coin for the suspension.
