Possible To Install 3rd Row Rear Facing Child Seats Like Tesla?

I have a RX 350 with 5 seats. Do you think it's possible to install 3rd row rear facing child seats like Tesla?

I assume that that the Tesla Model S third row seats were subjected to crash testing.

A number of vehicles made by Toyota have third row seats and can hold seven or eight people: Lexus GX and LX; Toyota Land Cruiser, 4Runner, Highlander, Sienna and perhaps others.
