RX 300 Cranks but will not start:

Acts like its not getting any fuel to the injectors!

I replaced both knock sensors, sensor cables, cross over tube and rear spark plugs in our 1999 Lexus RX-300. Disconnected the negative battery terminal and drained the coolant prior to doing anything.

Re-assembled the lengthy painstaking process in reverse including the "Blind" fasteners on the firewall side. Connected two ground wire connectors, one on the AIC side and one in back on the firewall side. When completed we tried to start and the engine cranks but will not fire or run.

  • Tried alternate key
  • Tried starting fluid in the intake tubes
  • Reset the codes with the 15 minute connection

At this time I can only assume I missed a connection in the electrical harness or pinched something that should be enabling the (ECM) Engine Control Module to allow a electrical signal or fuel to get to the injectors.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated. I just don't want to go through the dis-assembly again.
