My daughter lived in SD for a year and friends in Coronado. Been to Santa Barbara several times. Did the PCH and 101 a few times (but not quite enough) which can't be beat. Summers are hot and humid, winters are cold. We get all 4 seasons here. We are just here because hubby has a great job. Virginia even has special license plates touting "Internet Capital" on them. Probably because it makes it easier for the NSA to tap in and spy on us. Yes it probably was "internet capital" back in the day (1999, at least per Gore and governor) pre-Google, not even close today. Now it's just another very out of date vanity plate.
