SCSurf
Just got my car lowered. Can anybody offer tips or a DIY tutorial on adjusting headlights? I've heard that you have to adjust high beams as well? Is that applicable on this car?
VBdenny
I doubt lowering your car will require headlight adjustment unless you jacked the back up or something. As long as the car is the same level from to back, it should be okay. Since there is no vehicle inspection in Cali, it shouldn't make any difference anyway. SCSurf
No worries. Got it figured out. My lowering springs have a lower drop in the front because of the cars reverse take. I assume the spring manufacturer tried to adjust the problem with the different spring heights. While there is no inspection for vehicle lights, it's nice to be able to see what's in front of you at night :)
VBdenny
Ha, understood. Guess you don't want them blinding oncoming cops either. I adjusted the headlights on my LS400 and Corolla in the past but not on these IS cars.
