Blind Spot Detection System

I own 2009 LS 460 L AWD which has Park Assist feature.

I am thinking of adding-

PREMIUM BLIND SPOT DETECTION
SYSTEM #BSDS-003016P

Is it a good idea ?

If your asking is the feature worth the money, my answer is yes. I have two, 2013 Lexus with the feature, and it has saved my bacon more than once. It gives you plenty of advanced noticed that a car is coming up on your left side or the right side or both. The constant warning in the outside rearview mirrors, don't miss a beat when the radar kicks in.

IMO, it is a must have feature.
